As time passes, significant changes are seen in users’ needs, as a result services provided in the library change. More attention in the library is given to contemporary services allowing academic community members to carry out research and pedagogical activities.
Students and researchers often have questions about citation of resources, copyrights, how to upload final thesis or publication to eLABa repository, how to prepare publications report, how to conduct plagiarism detection and similar themes. Individual search for correct answers might be time and effort consuming as a result Library organizes monthly trainings for academic community members.
In order to ensure that everyone gets answers to arising questions, new function allowing academic community members to make reservation for consultation was launched in Library website.
Registration for consultation is fairly simple: user should indicate consultation theme / field of studies, select convenient date, time and place. For time and date specification, e-mail address is necessary. If library employee can not provide consultation at the indicated time, he will contact user by e-mail and will find the most convenient time.
