KTU researchers are invited to take advantage of the Article Procesing Charge (APC) discounts provided by e-journal publishers in open access journals. This opportunity was provided by the Electronic Information for Libraries (EIFL) organization, which works works with libraries to enable access to knowledge for education, learning, research and sustainable community development.
