eLABa Repository AI Assistant

eLABa Repository Assistant is an artificial intelligence (AI) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)–based tool designed to search and analyse information contained in the eLABa repository. Currently, documents from all eLABa institutional repositories have been indexed, including documents from the publications database.

The assistant allows users to:

• search for documents using natural language queries;
• find information about publications, final theses, dissertations, authors, and research topics;
• receive answers based on document content;
• summarise documents and information related to selected topics.

The eLABa Repository Assistant is available at: https://chat.elaba.lt/

Users must sign in using their KTU single sign-on (SSO) account.

Important!

The eLABa Repository Assistant is not a general-purpose conversational AI system. It is designed specifically for working with the content of the eLABa repository. AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies; therefore, users are advised to verify important information against the sources provided by the assistant and the original documents.

This tool is separate from the Research Assistant available through the Lithuanian Virtual Library. The eLABa Repository Assistant searches for information within the eLABa repository.
