CAELUM Project Information Resource for International Students Seeking Employment in Lithuania

Kaunas University of Technology Library, as part of the Erasmus+ project CAELUM “Open science supporting vulnerable communities: empowering university libraries in crisis response” has prepared an informational guide for international students. The publication “Career Guide for International Students in Lithuania” aims to help students better understand the Lithuanian job market and prepare for a successful job search.

The guide provides:

• information on employment rights for EU and non-EU students;
• key job search channels (job portals, Career Centres, LinkedIn);
• Lithuanian language requirements and learning opportunities;
• practical advice on how to prepare a CV according to Lithuanian standards;
• useful tips on how to prepare for job interviews.

This guide is intended for international students who are just starting to explore career opportunities, as well as those who are already actively seeking employment.
