We invite KTU community to register and take part in this webinar on three legal concepts commonly found in copyright laws around the world – fair use, fair dealing and fair practice.
The webinar will briefly describe the origins and key characteristics of each concept, which countries have these flexible provisions in their copyright laws, and how libraries can benefit.
The presentation will be followed by an extended Q&A session.
