From 1 January 2026, KTU Library subscribes to a collection of journals published by John Benjamins Publishing and an archive of journals published between 2000 and 2025.
John Benjamins Publishing is an international academic publisher that mainly publishes peer-reviewed journals and books on linguistics, communication, translation, literature, and related humanities and social sciences, and is considered one of the most important publishers in the field of linguistics.
The KTU library and John Benjamins Publishing have also signed a Read & Publish agreement (an agreement between the library and the publisher where members of the institution can read the publisher’s scientific journals and authors have the opportunity to publish articles in open access).
Therefore, an unlimited number of KTU authors will be able to publish accepted articles in open access in all of the listed journals (list of journals).
