ECSA invites new members from EU countries

The European Citizens Science Association (ECSA) is launching a new initiative and inviting individuals and organizations from EU Member State Widening countries, including Lithuania, to join ECSA community. The aim of this campaign is to expand the citizen science network across Europe, promote collaboration, and provide new members with additional opportunities.

ECSA brings together a diverse and active community of researchers, citizen science practitioners, educational institutions, non-governmental organisations, and business representatives. The association is open to all individuals and organisations interested in citizen science. By joining ECSA, new members from Widening countries will be able to connect with existing community, collaborate in citizen science initiatives and enjoy exclusive benefits including 50% off membership fees for 2026.

Exclusive conditions and benefits for new members from Lithuania:

  • No membership fee for November–December 2025.
  • 50% discount on the membership fee for the entire year of 2026.
  • Presentation of new members on ECSA’s social media channels and in its newsletter.
  • Thematic seminars and training sessions on the development of citizen science.
  • Opportunities to build connections with the international citizen science community.
