The event will present the 9-point action plan prepared by Knowledge Rights 21, “Safeguard Access, Empower Europe – An Action Plan to Let Libraries be Libraries”, which aims to ensure that libraries can fully fulfill their mission in the digital environment – to preserve heritage, ensure accessibility to knowledge and support creativity.
