The second LIBER Masterclass on Citizen Science will take place at the Vienna University Library on April 8–9.
The event aims to share knowledge and experiences on how academic libraries can develop citizen science hubs, provide services and infrastructure, while taking into account the societal impact of research. During the masterclass, participants will explore the opportunities and challenges faced by libraries, be presented with original citizen science research, discuss strategic issues, and see successful examples in practice.
The event is designed for staff and managers of academic libraries, and is also relevant for public library managers, policy institutions, national library associations, researchers, and non-governmental organizations. The program and further information can be found on the LIBER website: Citizen Science Masterclass, University Library – University of Vienna.
